Legacy CTF+
Legacy CTF+ is the general public server — the one to join first if you have just installed the game and want to play. Capture the flag, open to anyone, no sign-up.
It is run by ChocoTaco, who also maintains PlayT2.com, the site hosting the Tribes 2 Config AIO that most new players install from, and publishes guide artwork at github.com/ChocoTaco1. Several of the illustrations on this wiki come from there, replacing images lost when the original site went down.
Playing there
Section titled “Playing there”Install the game and a community patch, create an account in game, then find the server on the JOIN tab. See Tribes 2 if you have not set up yet.
Pub servers fill in the evenings and empty out otherwise. If it looks quiet, the community Discord linked from PlayT2.com is where people arrange to show up at the same time.
